We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times can vary based on your location and the size and weight of your order — larger units may ship by freight rather than standard parcel carriers.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During busy or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer, and we'll keep you posted about any delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Free shipping — we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, here's what to expect:
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total delivery time: 6–12 business days
- Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, freight scheduling for larger units, or severe weather.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations based on U.S. regulations or carrier rules — this can apply to some cooling equipment that contains regulated refrigerants.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails, an address is incorrect, or a package is otherwise undelivered and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may involve additional shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please email us right away at info@salebydale.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
